The front page of the website is designed like a billboard where you advertise your website using a logo, text or image. Hovering over your image will display text chosen by you and clicking your image will follow a link to your own personal website.
The billboard will include a detailed list of all featured advertisers which will be clearly categorised to allow visitors to search for their requirements.
The website will be under continual development finding new and innovative ways to encourage visitors to use the billboard for their photography requirements.
So how much will all this cost? The billboard is made up of 1,000,000 pixels which are yours to purchase for only 30p per pixel! Space is available in blocks of 100 pixels (10x10) allowing you to advertise for a minimum of £30 per year. You choose how many blocks you require to advertise your website.

Conditions of Purchase
- Minimum Purchase: £20 (1 block of 10x10 pixels). Feel free to buy as many as you like.
- You are purchasing the right to display a pixel advertisement on the billboard for a period of one year.
- You will be contacted at the end of your subscription period with details for renewal.
- Advertisers joining as part of our "extra year free" promotion will be contacted at the end of year 2 with details for renewal.
- Your submitted image can be changed at any time during your subscription. Requests for changes should be submitted to enquiries@photographersbillboard.com. We will endeavour to make any requested changes within 7 days.
- No refunds can be given once your pixel block is accepted and displayed on the billboard.
- No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material your link will be removed until you provide a new one. No refunds will be given for the link down time.
- Your image can be removed at any time but the space will be re-sold and no refunds given.
- Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
- Images must be in JPEG, GIF, PNG or BMP format and cannot be animated.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
- You must have the right to use the image you provide.
- There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but this will be kept to a minimum.
- Your pixels advert will be displayed on the billboard within 48 hours from receipt of payment.
- Photographersbillboard.com reserves the right to add, remove or amend the conditions of purchase at any time without prior notice.
PayPal
PayPal is the ideal payment method for purchasing 100 to 1,000 pixels. Because the pixels are sold in £20 blocks, please ensure you order the correct quantity of blocks when ordering.
Ordering is done automatically through the grid selection page. Visit the grid page and simply click on the cell that you would like to purchase. After your selection you will have the opportunity to expand your selection in height and width. |
